"Our family hired Craig Robertson Construction, Inc. to build a custom designed cabin. Our architect, in Charlottesville, Virginia, designed an asymmetric wooden structure with a classic interior. Our vision was to have a residence that would be both beautiful in a naturalized setting and low maintenance for a family who did not intend to use this property as their primary home.

We selected high quality red and white oak, as well as black walnut from our farm in Surry County as materials to construct the interior and exterior of the cabin. Craig's team worked diligently and were attentive to special details to attain the custom design and individual aspects within the interior.
